Why you should do this
Join Meryl in a morning fitness class! Before you get started, talk with Meryl about how she began her fitness bootcamp and then jump into a full body workout session that will get your abs, upper body, and legs toned in no time! All fitness levels from beginner to advanced are welcome. End the experience with some smoothies to wind down. The workouts are structured in a loop style fashion fusing a mixture of body weight, weighted, and functional exercises geared towards improving fitness, full-body muscle tone, torching body fat and of course having a great time while we're at it. The exercises have been designed to fit all levels of ability, there will be harder and easier options for everyone so don’t be put off if this is your first fitness class! Just ensure you bring a bottle of water to keep you hydrated and a towel to wipe off the good sweat.

I am Meryl and I am obsessed with fitness and health. Training is not just a way to stay in shape. For me, it should build a good base to improve the way we live, tackle health issues and plan and lets us enjoy all sorts of movement such as surfing, hiking, or any kind of sport! I try to help people achieve a balanced lifestyle that embraces all dimensions of health & wellness.
