Why you should do this
You’ll be picked up at 6:30 a.m. in Melville and driven to Hillbrow. (coffee and snacks will be included). Once in Hillbrow, we'll participate in a one-hour training session with renowned boxing coaches George Khosi and James Ike. This workout requires basic fitness but no boxing experience is necessary. Workout includes some warm-up running or skipping rope, boxing pad work and bag work, and some cardio and abdominal work. After training, we'll take a short walk around the neighborhood and visit a beautiful church two blocks from the Boxing Club and then explore the neighborhood while eating vetkoek (fried dough) from street vendors for breakfast before being dropped back off at Melville.
